# Tabbio AI disclosure

Where AI is used in Tabbio, which providers see your content, and what the AI never does when it applies to jobs for you.

## Where AI is used

- **Reading your CV**: You upload a PDF or Word file and AI turns it into structured profile fields. You see what it read and can correct any field before you keep it.
- **Writing and rewriting**: AI drafts summaries, experience bullets, bios, and cover letters from what is already in your profile. Every draft is editable, and nothing replaces your text until you accept it.
- **Job matching**: AI scores jobs in the Tabbio catalogue against your CV and shows a match number with the reasons behind it. It ranks and explains. It does not decide anything about you, and no employer sees a score.
- **Tailoring a CV to one job**: AI rewrites your CV for a specific posting and shows a line-by-line view of what changed. The tailored version is used only after you approve it.
- **Application answers**: AI drafts answers to an employer’s application questions from your profile and the application defaults you saved. A question it cannot answer from your own information is handed to you instead.
- **The apply agent (Pro)**: For jobs you select, the agent opens the employer’s application form, fills it from your profile, and submits it. Every step of that is set out below.
- **The career agent chat**: A chat assistant that can read your CV and take actions you approve. It is identified as AI where you interact with it.
- **The free tools on this site**: The CV score checker, cover letter writer, job description generator, and interview practice run on AI. What you paste or upload is sent to an AI provider to produce the result.

## What Tabbio does, end to end

### Find

- A Gulf job catalogue ranked by how well each posting fits your CV, not by how recently it was posted.
- The filters that decide things here: nationalisation programmes (Emiratisation, Saudization, Qatarization), visa sponsorship, and real salary bands.
- A match score on every job, with the reasons behind it.
- A public jobs board you can browse and read without an account.

### Prep

- A CV tailored to one posting, with a line-by-line view of every change before you accept it.
- A CV fit and ATS report: what a screener will see, and what it will miss.
- Cover letters and application packets drafted from your own profile.
- Interview practice for 200+ Gulf roles with feedback, and a salary report for the role you are targeting.

### Apply

- The agent fills and submits the employer’s form for jobs you selected (Pro).
- Application defaults answer what every form asks again: notice period, work authorisation, salary expectation.
- Review-first, or let it submit without stopping. Either way there is a per-batch confirmation and a daily cap.
- Assisted apply wherever the agent does not submit: Tabbio prepares the application and you press submit.

### Track

- Every attempt in one tracker with what happened to it, including the ones that need you.
- The exact fields still missing on anything that came back unfinished, and a link to the form.
- Per-application tracking links, so a CV you sent is not a file you lost sight of.
- Views, downloads, and which country they came from, on your public CV.

### Your CV and your link

- One CV at your own link, with version history. Change it in one place and that is the version everyone checks.
- A public Web CV carrying structured data, so search engines and AI systems can read it properly.
- The career agent chat, a hands-free voice agent, and memory that keeps your career context across sessions.
- Skills Hub: run, write, and publish Agent Skills that act on your CV. Scheduled automations on Pro.

## How the agent applies to jobs for you

- **Find.** You search, filter, or take the agent’s suggestions. Nothing is queued until you select jobs.
- **Prep.** The agent tailors your CV for that posting and drafts the application answers. You can review both before anything is sent.
- **Apply.** You confirm a batch. One confirmation covers a capped number of applications, and a separate daily cap applies on top of it. Each application is submitted on the employer’s own form.
- **Track.** Every attempt appears in your tracker with what happened to it, including the ones that were not submitted.

## What the AI never does

- It never answers voluntary self-identification questions about race, gender, disability, veteran status, or criminal history. Those are left blank for you, even where the employer marks them required.
- It never works around a CAPTCHA, a bot check, or a sign-in wall. If a site puts one up, the application stops and comes back to you.
- It never invents an answer to a multiple-choice question. It selects an option that is actually on the form, or it asks you.
- It never applies twice to the same job, and it never reports a submission the employer’s page did not confirm. If the outcome is genuinely unclear, it tells you that instead of claiming success.
- It never applies to a job you did not select, and never sends an application you did not confirm.
- It never uses your private AI inputs or outputs to train a general-purpose Tabbio model.

## Which AI providers Tabbio uses

When you use AI features, Tabbio sends only the content you choose (e.g., résumé text, profile data, job information, or a prompt) to the configured AI provider needed to generate the output you request. Depending on the feature and availability, providers may include Google Gemini, Anthropic, or OpenAI. Tabbio does not use your private AI inputs or outputs to train a general-purpose Tabbio model.

The hands-free voice agent additionally uses a speech provider (ElevenLabs). A provider receives data only when the feature that uses it is enabled, and not every provider receives every kind of data.

AI outputs may contain errors: you should review them before use.

## Where the agent can apply, and where it cannot

- The agent submits Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby forms with drivers written for each one, and attempts other employer forms with a general driver.
- On LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, Bayt, NaukriGulf, and GulfTalent: Tabbio prefills and you submit.

## Your data and your controls

- Only the content you choose is sent. Asking for one cover letter does not hand your whole account to a provider.
- Application defaults are yours to set. Notice period, work authorisation, salary expectation, and the rest are answered from what you saved, and you can change them at any time.
- Any AI or app you connect can be disconnected. Connected apps and access tokens can be reviewed and revoked in your settings.
- You can delete all of it. See https://www.tabbio.com/en/account-deletion

## Where you can use Tabbio

- **iPhone and Android**: Native apps on the App Store and Google Play. One account, and the same product as the web app rather than a trimmed-down companion.
- **Web app**: The full product in any browser, with nothing to install.
- **Your public CV link**: Your CV lives at your own link and opens in any browser. Whoever you send it to needs no account, no app, and no PDF.
- **AI assistants**: Connect your verified CV to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, or Grok, with your permission and revocable at any time. Per-client setup is on the MCP page.
- **English and Arabic**: Both languages throughout, with Arabic laid out right to left rather than poured into a left-to-right design.

There is no browser extension and no desktop app today. If you see one offered as Tabbio, it is not ours.

## What AI costs on each plan

**Is Tabbio free?** Yes. Building, sharing, and downloading your CV is free. Paid plans add stronger AI and an agent that finds jobs and applies for you.

- **Free, $0**: Your CV at your own link, the career agent chat, job matching, and free PDF downloads. AI is included, at a lower daily and monthly limit.
- **Plus, $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year**: Stronger AI for tailored CVs and cover letters, plus custom branding, analytics, and any download format.
- **Pro, $29.99 a month or $299.99 a year**: The apply agent that applies for you, scheduled automations, extended agent memory, and the highest AI capacity.
