How to regain access to your Tabbio account with passwordless authentication
Account Access Recovery
Can't access your Tabbio account? Since Tabbio uses passwordless authentication, recovering access is straightforward and secure.
How Tabbio Authentication Works
Tabbio doesn't use traditional passwords. Instead, we use:
- Magic Links: Secure, time-limited login links sent to your email
- Google Authentication: OAuth 2.0 integration with your Google account
No passwords to forget or reset!
Regaining Account Access
Option 1: Request New Magic Link
- Go to tabbio.com/auth/login
- Enter your registered email address
- Click "Send Magic Link"
- Check your email for the secure login link
- Click the link to access your account instantly
Option 2: Use Google Login
- Go to tabbio.com/auth/login
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Select the Google account you used to sign up
- Grant permission to Tabbio
- You'll be logged in automatically
Common Access Issues
1. Magic Link Not Received
Solutions:
- Check spam folder - Magic links sometimes go to spam
- Wait 2-3 minutes - Email delivery can be delayed
- Add to contacts - Add noreply@tabbio.com to your contacts
- Verify email - Ensure you're using the correct email address
- Request new link - Try requesting another magic link
2. Magic Link Expired
