SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon (Western Qualified) in the UAE. Requirements • Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent). • Western Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery/Cardiac Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification). • Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon. • Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License. • Extensive experience performing adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve surgery, aortic procedures, and minimally invasive cardiac surgery. • Experience with advanced cardiac technologies and hybrid cardiac procedures is highly desirable. • Excellent surgical, leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. • Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. • Previous experience in a tertiary cardiac center or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
