Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage financial operations and reporting for our group of companies based in the UAE and the UK . The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-entity consolidation, investment portfolio analysis , and UK compliance (HMRC, VAT, etc.) , along with strong leadership and analytical abilities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and consolidate financial reports across UAE and UK entities. Ensure compliance with HMRC and UAE VAT regulations , supporting audits and tax submissions. Oversee and guide a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple companies. Analyze and monitor investment portfolios and provide performance insights. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Work with multiple ERP systems — QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV , and Odoo . Perform advanced Excel-based financial modeling and variance analysis. Provide actionable financial insights to support management’s strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Finance Analyst or Finance Manager. Proven experience in group of companies setup with exposure to UK accounting and HMRC processes . Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and financial models). Experience with QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics NAV , and preferably Odoo . Excellent communication and organizational skills.
