JPC - 5663 - Graphic Designer, Internal Communications UAE Nationals Only Job Location: Abu Dhabi Total Experience: Min 2 years Position Type: Contractual/renewable Language Proficiency: English- Arabic Qualification: Bachelors Degree Job Purpose To develop high-quality visual and digital assets that strengthen internal communication, support employee engagement, and ensure a consistent visual identity across all channels, including OneHub, HTML templates, HTML newsletters, and executive-level presentations. Key Responsibilities Design visual assets for internal campaigns, announcements, OneHub stories, digital screens, toolkits, and leadership messages. Develop and maintain HTML templates and HTML newsletters to support structured and consistent communication. Create high-level, visually appealing presentations for leadership and organizational initiatives. Translate internal communication messages into clear, engaging, and culturally aligned visuals. Ensure all outputs follow approved brand guidelines and contribute to a unified visual identity. Work closely with the Internal Communications team and internal stakeholders to clarify briefs, understand messaging goals, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines. Support culture, change, and engagement initiatives with infographics, icons, layouts, and visual toolkits. Create high-quality graphics and visual concepts using AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and innovation. Coordinate with external agencies when required to ensure alignment with internal brand guideline. Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and assets, including bilingual (Arabic/English) versions. Required Competencies Male or Female candidates. Emirati candidates with family book holder. 2 – 8 years of relevant work experience Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and advanced presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote). Experience in designing and adapting HTML templates and HTML newsletters. Ability to create high-quality, visually compelling presentations for leadership and progress reports. Expertise in using AI platforms for graphics creation, including concept development, image generation, and visual enhancement. Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and user-friendly digital design. Ability to interpret internal messages and translate them into engaging visuals that reflect organizational culture and values. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to design for bilingual content (Arabic/English). Knowledge of visual standards relevant to the UAE context; motion graphics is an advantage.
