Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai's luxury real estate market. • Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities. • Generate and qualify leads through company-provided resources and personal networking. • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. • Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities. • Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
