Relationship Manager - Malyali/Turkish/Kurdish/Italian/Chinese
Role overview
Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels. Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience with a property developer (mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Female candidates preferred. Immediate joiners preferred. Preferred Languages: • Malayalam • Turkish • Mandarin Chinese • Kurdish • Italian
