Site Supervisor – Power Generation
Role overview
We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our client in Dubai to manage on-site power generation operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of diesel/gas gensets (Caterpillar, Cummins, Jenbacher) Supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance, and preventive programs Lead on-site technical team and contractors, ensuring safety and efficiency Monitor load management, fuel consumption, and operational schedules Serve as customer contact and maintain strong client relations Ensure HSE compliance and prepare operational reports Requirements: 3–5 years in power generation field service with supervisory experience Hands-on experience with gensets, Deep Sea panels, SWGRs, and transformers up to 11kV Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Valid UAE driving license; willing to stay on-site long-term Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, manufacturer certifications, SCADA experience.
