Responsibilities Build new products and features from 0 to 1 Take ownership of projects from conception to shipping, ensuring modular and maintainable code Deliver value across the entire system while maintaining high standards for code quality, testing, and design Shape product direction through user interaction and roadmap planning Mentor junior teammates and elevate team expertise Requirements 8+ years of experience building applications Extensive TypeScript experience Experience scaling with React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, or AWS Background in a product-focused startup, scale-up, or technology company Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills Proactive approach to risk mitigation and ownership Benefits Base salary range of $220,000 - $240,000 Generous pre-IPO equity package Comprehensive health coverage Remote-first work environment Unlimited PTO
