  • — Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Architecture or a related field
  • — Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in market architecture or urban design
  • — Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
  • — Knowledge of GIS, Rhino, or Revit is a plus
  • — Strong graphic and visualization skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • — depth understanding of planting design, grading, drainage principles, and irrigation systems
  • — Familiarity with sustainable space design practices and LEED certification processes
  • — Knowledge of local flora, climate conditions, and environmental challenges in Saudi Arabia

  • — Professional licensure or certification in Space Architecture is preferred
