- 01Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand positioning plans for the Nursery and Schools.
- 02Lead digital campaigns across social media and CRM platforms to increase admissions leads.
- 03Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and parent persona analysis.
- 04Oversee brand communications, creative content, and storytelling that reflects our international
- 05Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- 06Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
- 07Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
- 08Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- 09Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
- 10Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- 11Consult with product development personnel on product specifications, such as design, color, or packaging.
- 12Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- — 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2
- — 3 years in a managerial role
- — Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
