- 06Demonstrated expertise in applying DORA metrics and similar industry frameworks to measure, evaluate, and improve delivery processes.
- 07Deep understanding of how large
- 08reliability software systems are designed, tested, deployed, and operated.
- 09Experience coordinating across product managers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, and compliance stakeholders.
- 10performance, regulated environments such as finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus.
- 11Background and understanding of trading and financial markets is a strong plus.
