  • 01Greet customers and ensure that shop staff provide timely and quality service in accordance with established standards.
  • 02Ensure the proper implementation of company policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • 03Control the merchandising of products to optimize sales while maintaining alignment with brand image and standards.
  • 04Monitor stock levels continuously, maintain inventories, and reorder merchandise as necessary to ensure adequate stocks and maximum availability of range and sizes at all times.
  • 05Manage department staff by establishing goals and objectives, overseeing performance management, and developing and motivating employees to achieve high levels of performance.
  • 06Conduct daily department meetings to ensure clear understanding and effective communication of activities, objectives, and events.
