  • 011 Principal Accountabilities
  • 02To provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians
  • 03Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of Facilities Management.
  • 04To develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs
  • 05Keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment
  • 06Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • 07Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • 08Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
  • 09Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • 10Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.
  • 11Set goals and deadlines for the department.
  • 12Conduct classes to teach procedures to staff.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — planned preventive maintenance, asset condition surveys of Electrical, HVACR (Heating Ventilation Air
  • — Knowledge of applicable safety requirements Knowledge in dairy principles and processes.
  • — Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies and procedures
  • — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures for reporting purposes
  • — Knowledge of ERP Systems
  • — Knowledge of building systems, trades and materials including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring and grounds
  • — Knowledge of preventative maintenance scheduling techniques
