Head of Marketing

- 01* Develop and execute the end
- 02end marketing strategy for all real estate projects from pre
- 03* Build and manage the monthly or annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns.
- 04* Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for both the corporate brand and individual projects.
- 05* Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, CRM, outdoor, PR, and events.
- 06* Oversee the creation of high
- 07impact marketing assets: brochures, videos, 3D renders, project websites, sales kits, and showroom/experience center content.
- 08* Work closely with Sales, Development, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing strategies with sales targets and product positioning.
- 09* Manage media planning and buying, including partnerships with portals, influencers, agencies, and production houses.
- 10* Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, lead quality, and customer behavior; recommend optimizations.
- 11on leadership of the marketing team**: Supervise, monitor, and directly contribute to the execution of all campaigns (incl. launches, open house, etc.) and initiatives.
- 12* Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations, project approvals, and brand guidelines.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — Qualifications & Experience**
- — * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- — 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3
- — 5 years in a senior/lead role within real estate development or a related sector (property, hospitality, lifestyle).
- — * Proven track record in launching real estate projects and delivering measurable results in lead generation and brand growth.
- — * Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, and marketing automation/CRM.
- — * Experience managing agencies, creative production, and media buying.
- — * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
