Operations Executive

  • 01Provide administrative and operational support to management
  • 02Handle purchasing processes, supplier coordination, and follow
  • 03Support daily fashion operations, including production timelines, logistics, and coordination
  • 04Assist with creative and artistic tasks such as mood boards, collection presentations, and visual coordination
  • 05Support social media activities including content coordination, posting support, basic scheduling, and communication with the creative team
  • 06Prepare reports, documentation, and track operational workflows
  • 07Coordinate with vendors, ateliers, and internal creative teams
  • 08Assist with inventory, orders, and basic operational cost tracking

  • 11Define data requirements, and gather and validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests.
  • 12Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy, and reformulate models, as necessary.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • — UAE experience is mandatory
  • — Strong background in administration and purchasing processes
  • — Artistic sense and creative skills with an eye for aesthetics
  • — Basic to intermediate social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, content coordination; analytics is a plus)
  • — Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • — Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • — Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Canva or Adobe tools are a plus)
