  • 01Define and own the overall QA strategy across projects.
  • 02Lead test planning, estimation, and execution for releases.
  • 03Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers.
  • 04Design and review test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts.
  • 05Perform and oversee Web, Mobile, Responsive, and API testing activities, ensuring thorough functional and non
  • 06functional coverage.
  • 07Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress, while driving overall test
  • 08Perform and coordinate regression, UAT, smoke, and performance testing
  • 09Work closely with developers, project managers, and business teams during sprints
  • 10Ensure applications meet security and data protection best practices (good to have)
  • 11Maintain QA documentation, standards, and test artifacts
  • 12Act as the quality escalation point for critical production issues
