  • 01Ensures an overall smooth running of the Spa department.
  • 02Ensures the company and Spa brand protocols are being followed.
  • 03Supervise and coordinate all spa operations, including spa services, facilities, and team scheduling to ensure smooth and efficient day
  • 04Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa facility.

  • 11In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing department, develop and implement sales strategies to promote spa services, packages, and retail products to achieve revenue targets.
  • 12Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
