  • 011. Contract & Subcontract Administration
  • 02Review main contract and subcontract agreements.
  • 03Prepare contractual correspondence (delay notices, variation letters, technical clarifications).
  • 04Monitor contractual milestones and obligations.
  • 05Support preparation of claims and variation submissions. 2. Progress Payments & Valuations
  • 06Prepare and submit monthly progress payment applications.
  • 07Verify subcontractor progress and certify interim payments.
  • 08Track quantities and executed works in coordination with site team.
  • 09Maintain measurement sheets and payment tracking logs. 3. Cost Control
  • 10Monitor project budget versus actual cost.
  • 11Track variations, claims, and change orders.
  • 12Support preparation of cost forecasts and cash flow updates.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • — 5 years of experience in Technical Office / Contracts / Project Controls role.
  • — Strong knowledge of: o Construction contracts o Progress payment procedures o Cost control fundamentals
  • — Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • — Experience in large
  • — scale building or infrastructure projects.
  • — Ability to integrate technical, commercial, and planning aspects.
  • — up mindset and contractual awareness.
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Proficiency in: o MS Excel (advanced level required) o Primavera P6 (preferred)
  • — Excellent written communication skills. Preferred Profile
  • — Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM experience preferred.
