A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced Australian Board Certified Consultant Pathologist to join its advanced diagnostic medicine team. The successful candidate will provide expert pathology services, ensuring accurate diagnosis and high-quality laboratory standards while collaborating with clinicians across multiple specialties. This is an excellent opportunity for Australian-trained specialists seeking to relocate to Dubai and work in a world-class healthcare environment with advanced laboratory infrastructure and multidisciplinary clinical support. Key Responsibilities • Provide accurate diagnostic interpretation across surgical pathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, and other pathology disciplines as required. • Examine and report on histopathology and cytology specimens. • Review complex diagnostic cases and provide clinical consultation to treating physicians. • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards. • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with international laboratory accreditation standards. • Develop and implement laboratory quality improvement initiatives. • Support clinical decision-making through timely and accurate pathology reports. • Participate in teaching, research, audits, and continuing medical education activities. • Maintain compliance with patient safety, regulatory, and professional standards.

Requirements • Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent). • Completion of accredited specialist training in Pathology . • Australian Board/Fellowship qualification (FRCPA – Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia or equivalent) is mandatory. • Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialty Consultant experience preferred. • Strong expertise in diagnostic pathology and laboratory medicine. • Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skil
