Reconstructive Surgery Specialist | UAE

Talentspoc is seeking a qualified and dedicated Reconstructive Surgery Specialist to join our esteemed medical team in the UAE. The successful candidate will possess expertise in reconstructive surgical procedures aimed at restoring function and appearance following trauma, surgery, or congenital conditions. You will be responsible for evaluating complex soft-tissue defects, developing treatment plans, and performing advanced reconstructive surgeries including skin grafts and flap reconstructions. Responsibilities: • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized reconstructive surgery plans. • Perform various reconstructive surgical procedures such as skin grafting, local and free flap reconstruction. • Manage post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery and minimize complications. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including plastic surgeons, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists. • Provide pre-operative counseling to patients regarding surgical options, risks, and expected outcomes. • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in continuous professional development.

Requirements Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic or Reconstructive Surgery. Valid UAE DHA or equivalent medical license. Proven experience in reconstructive surgery with demonstrated clinical competence. Strong knowledge of surgical techniques including skin grafts and flap procedures. Excellent surgical assessment and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
