نبذة عن الوظيفة

المسؤوليات الرئيسية • العمل كخبير في الموضوع الفني ونقطة اتصال للمشروع • التعاون مع مدير المشروع لتطوير وتنفيذ خطة التنفيذ الفني • قيادة وتنسيق أنشطة الفرق الفنية البائع لضمان المواءمة والتسليم في الوقت المناسب • توفير التوجيه الفني والإرشاد لفريق المشروع، وتعزيز تبادل المعرفة وتنمية المهارات • تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر التقنية، ومعالجة أي مشاكل قد تنشأ بشكل استباقي • ضمان نشر وتكوين التقنيات السحابية تلبية متطلبات المشروع الوظيفية والأداء • تطوير وصيانة الوثائق التقنية الشاملة، بما في ذلك بنية النظام والتكوينات والإجراءات • دعم الاختبار والتحقق من صحة الحلول المنفذة، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع • تسهيل نقل المعرفة إلى فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاص بالعميل، وتمكينهم من إدارة وصيانة الأنظمة المنشورة بشكل فعال.

المتطلبات • خبرة فنية قوية وخبرة عملية في مجال التقنيات السحابية، لا سيما مع Red Hat OpenStack، وPalo Alto Networks، وF5، وIBM Watson Cloud Pak. • فهم شامل للمشهد المحلي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والفروق الدقيقة الثقافية في العراق لقيادة المبادرات التقنية بشكل فعال وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، مع القدرة على تحديد المشكلات الفنية المعقدة وحلها بسرعة • مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الآخرين قوية، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع فرق متعددة الوظائف وأصحاب المصلحة • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق الفنية وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين • الكفاءة في أدوات ومنهجيات إدارة المشاريع المؤهلات المفضلة • الشهادات الفنية ذات الصلة (على سبيل المثال، مهندس معتمد من Red Hat، ومسؤول أمن الشبكات المعتمد من Palo Alto Networks، ومهندس الحلول المعتمد من IBM) • خبرة في نشر وتكامل حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات المعقدة والمتعددة البائعين • المعرفة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمشهد التجاري العراقي

المسؤوليات

1Serve as the technical subject matter expert and point of contact for the project
2Collaborate with the project manager to develop and execute the technical implementation plan
3Lead and coordinate the activities of the vendor technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
4Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development
5Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
6Ensure the deployment and configuration of the cloud technologies meet the project's functional and performance requirements
7Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures
8Support the testing and validation of the implemented solutions, working closely with the project stakeholders

2Thorough Understanding Of The Local IT Landscape And Cultural Nuances In Iraq To Effectively Lead Technical Initiatives And Drive Successful Outcomes
3Excellent Problem Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues
4Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross Functional Teams And Stakeholders
5Demonstrated Experience In Leading Technical Teams And Mentoring Junior Team Members
6Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Methodologies
7Relevant Technical Certifications (E.G., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator, IBM Certified Solution Architect)
