Responsibilities • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members. • Lead the product lifecycle management from concept through launch and iteration. • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing products. • Prioritize product features and roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints. • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Monitor product performance metrics and use data to drive decisions and optimize product outcomes. • Mentor and guide junior product managers to foster their growth and development.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven company. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
