Talentspoc is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our prestigious healthcare team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, management, and treatment of eye diseases, utilizing the latest technologies and surgical techniques. This role requires a dedicated professional passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and advancing ophthalmic practice. Responsibilities • Conduct detailed ocular examinations and diagnostic procedures. • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ocular conditions and diseases. • Perform specialized ophthalmic surgical procedures as required. • Develop personalized treatment plans and follow-up care strategies. • Educate patients and their families on eye health and preventive measures. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. • Stay informed of advancements in ophthalmology through continuous professional development.
Requirements • Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution. • Completed residency in Ophthalmology with specialization. • Valid medical license to practice in the UAE. • Minimum 3 years of clinical and surgical experience as a Specialist Ophthalmologist. • Proficiency in advanced ophthalmic surgical procedures. • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills. • Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Commitment to ongoing professional education and research. • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
