Specialist Pulmonologist

We're Hiring | Specialist Pulmonologist 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Specialist Pulmonologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of respiratory and pulmonary conditions while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions. • Evaluate patients with asthma, COPD, pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, sleep disorders, and other pulmonary conditions. • Perform and interpret appropriate pulmonary investigations and diagnostic tests. • Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans. • Manage respiratory emergencies and critically ill patients when required. • Perform relevant procedures within the scope of practice, including bronchoscopy where appropriately credentialed. • Collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, radiologists, and other specialists. • Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation. • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety programs. • Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory health and treatment. • Comply with DOH regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

Requirements Qualifications • MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree. • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pulmonology / Respiratory Medicine. • Relevant experience as a Specialist Pulmonologist. • DOH Abu Dhabi license or eligibility . • Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate. • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
