Analyst - Investor Relations

  • 01Primary point of contact with buy and sell side analysts and investors
  • 02Act as a POC for shareholders inquiries
  • 03Understands local compliance regulations for listed companies and is familiar with applicable corporate governance requirements
  • 04Assist with preparing corporate presentations and any IR communication materials with investors
  • 05Prepare quarterly financial releases
  • 06Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
  • 07Assist in duct research and analysis of peers , sectors and markets
  • 08Monitor market performance and undertake feedback & perception studies
  • 09Assist with analysis of capital markets data
  • 10Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
  • 11Must be able to perform in a high
  • 12pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
