  • 01Operational Management:
  • 02day operations across assigned branches, ensuring alignment with Go Crispy’s brand standards and procedures.
  • 03Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • 04Implement and oversee processes to ensure smooth collaboration between Front of House (FOH), Middle of House (MOH), and Back of House (BOH) teams.
  • 05Ensure that all branches consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
  • 06Leadership and Team Management:
  • 07Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch managers and key team members.
  • 08Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to branch managers to promote continuous improvement.
  • 09Foster a positive and motivated working environment across all branches, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • 10Address staffing issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and scheduling adjustments, as needed.
  • 11Financial Oversight:
  • 12Prepare and manage budgets for assigned branches, ensuring cost controls and profitability.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 5 to 8 years of overall experience
  • — Strong leadership and team management skills
  • — Financial and operational management experience
  • — Excellent communication and problem
  • — solving abilities
  • — Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control
  • — Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • — Experience in inventory, supply chain, and vendor management

  • — Minimum 3 years in the same field (QSR/F&B operations preferred)
