المهام الرئيسية
  • 01day technical support to BIM modelers and project teams on tools, workflows, and standards.
  • 02Set up, manage, and maintain BIM models in Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD for multidisciplinary projects.
  • 03Develop and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including model setup, coordination workflows, and CDE/ACC structure.
  • 04Perform model audits, clash detection, and issue tracking using Navisworks and coordination platforms (e.g. Revizto, ACC Model Coordination).
  • 05Coordinate models across architecture, structure, MEP/building services, and infrastructure utilities, ensuring issues are clearly communicated and driven to resolution.
  • 06Use Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks, perform structured QA/QC checks, and optimize model health and performance.
  • 07Design, build, and maintain complex, interactive Power BI dashboards and reports (including data modelling and DAX) to track BIM data, model health, progress, and QA/QC metrics.
  • 08Support BIM leadership in implementing digital standards, QA/QC processes, and continuous improvement of BIM/digital delivery workflows.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

  • — Required Skills and Experience
  • — Minimum 8 years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, including significant Middle East project experience.
  • — Strong production and coordination experience with Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD on large, multidisciplinary projects.
  • — Solid understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360/ProjectWise, including project setup, permissions, and design collaboration workflows.
  • — on experience with Navisworks/Revizto and at least one issue management/coordination platform (e.g. Revizto, ACC Model Coordination).
  • — Proficiency in Dynamo for automation, data handling, and BIM model QA/QC.
  • — Mandatory: Strong, proven experience building complex Power BI dashboards (data modelling, relationships, DAX measures, scheduled refresh, and role
