المهام الرئيسية

01Oversee building engineering activities across construction, installation, and maintenance phases.
02Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
03Identify and resolve technical issues related to structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems.
04Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of engineering tasks.
05Review technical drawings, reports, and documentation to support project decision‑making.
06Monitor progress, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
07Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes for building systems.
08Ensure adherence to quality assurance and safety protocols at all times.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

— Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
— Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
— Minimum 12 years of experience in building engineering and site supervision, preferably on large
— scale construction projects
— Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
— Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes
— Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait
— Excellent project management and problem
