  • 02Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • 03Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
  • 04Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
  • 05Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
  • 06Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
  • 07Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
  • 08Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
  • 09Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • 10Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
  • 11Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs.
  • 12Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • — Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • — Prepare detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
  • — Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs.
  • — Participate in solution design and feasibility analysis from both business and technical perspectives.
  • — Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • — Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet specified requirements.
  • — Develop business reports, data analysis, and presentations to support strategic decision
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Experience with digital transformation or enterprise system projects is an advantage.
  • — Additional qualifications in Contract Management will be an added advantage.
  • — Certificate in additional modules e.g. PS, PM, FI, BW will be an added advantage.
