  • 01Departmental Oversight and Coordination:
  • 02Operations Management:
  • 03Supervise the Operations Department, ensuring the effective execution of civil and infrastructure projects, including oil & gas pipeline engineering.
  • 04Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects to ensure they meet time, budget, and quality targets.
  • 05Oversee critical operational functions such as design, QA/QC, HSE, and project management.
  • 06Planning & Project Management:
  • 07Ensure the Planning & Project Management department delivers effective project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • 08Ensure optimal client relationships and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout project lifecycles.
  • 09Oversee the development and implementation of project management methodologies to enhance project efficiency
  • 10Departmental Coordination:
  • 11Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring consistent communication and integration of work processes.
  • 12Ensure that operations and planning activities are aligned with company goals and client expectations.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering Management is a plus.
  • — 10+ years of experience in senior management roles within the infrastructure, civil engineering, or oil & gas sectors.
  • — Extensive experience in project management, operations management, and financial oversight.
