  • 01party service providers for cleaning, repairs, pest control, waste management, and security. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of service and cost
  • 02effectiveness. Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the facilities budget including utilities, repairs, and capital improvements. Monitor energy consumption, implement cost
  • 03saving initiatives, and improve energy efficiency, particularly in cold storage areas. Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of facility
  • 04Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • 05Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • 06Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
  • 07Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • 08Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.
  • 09Set goals and deadlines for the department.
  • 10Conduct classes to teach procedures to staff.
  • 11Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • 12Acquire, distribute and store supplies.
