  • 01include: Supporting end

  • 06Coordinate and conduct the recruitment process, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • 07Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns; provide support and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • 08Performance Management:
  • 09Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems; support managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • 10Training and Development:
  • 11Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and career development.
