المهام الرئيسية
  • 01Monitor and control kitchen inventory levels for food, beverages, and non
  • 02moving, expired, or damaged items and report accordingly. Coordinate with purchasing, finance, and kitchen teams to ensure cost control. Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and over
  • 03ordering. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Prepare inventory reports and submit them to management on a regular basis.
  • 04Generate provisional order forms and process system
  • 05generated Purchase Orders (FPO/LPO), ensuring timely approval and dispatch to suppliers.
  • 06Coordinate closely with suppliers and cargo partners to accelerate procurement procedures and ensure on
  • 07time arrival of goods.
  • 08Update systems with any changes during the procurement and transit cycle.
  • 09Liaise with cargo agents and provide all required documentation for product clearance prior to arrival, including Commercial Registration (CR), MSDS, covering sheets, and product catalogues.
  • 10Manage and control inventory at OAS Stores, including;
  • 11Material receiving and issuance
  • 12Delivery Order (DO) approval
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — office, good Typing Speed.  knowledge of production Experience  One
  • — two years on the job training is required. Competencies  Performing duties with a high rate of efficiency.  Analytical skills.  Calculation skills.
  • — Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related fields Experience Years of Experience : 2
  • — 3 Years Field of Experience :
  • — on experience in inventory control and supply chain operations

  • — Strong analytical and time management skills
