  • 01Handle daily freight operations for air and sea shipments (import & export).
  • 02Book containers (FCL/LCL) with shipping lines and air freight shipments with airlines.
  • 03Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, transporters, and customs brokers.
  • 04Prepare and manage shipping documents such as:
  • 05Invoice & Packing List
  • 06COO and other required export/import documents
  • 07Assist in opening accounts with shipping lines, airlines, and service providers.
  • 08Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and regulations.
  • 09Track shipments and provide updates to customers and management.
  • 10Support basic pricing requests and operational cost checks.
  • 11Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 4 years experience in freight forwarding company in the UAE is must.
  • — Practical experience in air and sea freight operations.
  • — Basic knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
  • — Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, and local agents.
  • — Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • — Organized, responsible, and willing to grow with the company. ⸻
