المهام الرئيسية
  • 01Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) by reviewing project drawings and specifications to determine material quantities and types.
  • 02Prepare and manage detailed MTO lists, coordinating with the procurement team for material orders.
  • 03Develop and issue Request for Quote (RFQ) documents to suppliers and subcontractors for required materials and services.
  • 04Review and analyze received quotes for compliance with project specifications and budget.
  • 05Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and delivery schedules.
  • 06Serve as the primary liaison with subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating their activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials and services.
  • 07Address and resolve issues or discrepancies with suppliers and subcontractors during procurement and delivery.
  • 08Monitor and track the progress of material and equipment deliveries to meet project timelines and milestones.
  • 09Expedite orders as necessary to prevent project delays and communicate potential issues to the project management team.
  • 10Maintain detailed records of communications and actions related to expediting efforts.
  • 11EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
  • 12Mechanical or Civil Engineering with MANDATORY experience of atleast 1 year in construction industry.
