- 01day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- 02Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- 03Lead, train, and supervise sales staff and store team.
- 04Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- 05Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse, and ensure proper product display.
- 06Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and basic store accounts.
- 07Implement company promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising standards.
- 08Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- 09Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- 10Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- 11Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
- 12Ensure stock accuracy and ERP/WMS documentation

- — Ability to commute/relocate:
- — Strong organizational and problem
المؤهلات المفضّلة
- — Preferred Skills:
- — Experience in warehouse management (trading/distribution preferred)
- — provided relocation package (Preferred)
- — savvy and comfortable working with numbers and using data to inform your decisions (experience with Looker preferred)
- — High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
