Purchasing Manager

  • 01saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes. Ensure compliance with sustainability, ethical sourcing, and local regulatory
  • 02Extensive knowledge of the Bahraini market space and local supply chains.
  • 03Manage and oversee all purchasing and procurement activities for the hotel.
  • 04Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value in terms of quality, price, and service.
  • 05Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, brand standards, and approval procedures.
  • 06Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and vendors.
  • 07Coordinate closely with Finance, Cost Control, and operating departments to support budgetary and operational needs.
  • 08Review and approve purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • 09Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • 10Ensure proper documentation, filing, and traceability of all purchasing transactions.
  • 11Ensure compliance with sustainability, ethical sourcing, and local regulatory requirements.
  • 12Prepare purchasing reports, market analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a 4
  • — Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing or procurement, including 2
  • — Extensive knowledge of the Bahraini market market and local supply chains.
  • — Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • — Solid understanding of hotel purchasing procedures, inventory control, and cost management.
