  • 01end recruitment for drivers and operational roles
  • 02volume driver hiring, including walk
  • 03ins and bulk recruitment drives
  • 04Coordinate road tests, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding activities
  • 05Source candidates through job portals, referrals, professional networks, and walk
  • 06Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams
  • 07Prepare candidate assessments, interview feedback, and evaluation reports
  • 08Coordinate offers, joining formalities, and documentation
  • 09Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
  • 10Demonstrate strong understanding of the Dubai / UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring documentation
  • 11as directed by the immediate supervisor.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Proven recruitment experience in Dubai / UAE
  • — Prior experience in driver hiring is mandatory
