Support & Implementation Engineer

A Support & Implementation Engineer is responsible for key functions within their domain of expertise. In the GCC market, this role is actively hired across oman, qatar with 2 recent postings.

  • 01Work onsite and offsite to troubleshoot and diagnose customer
  • 02Act positively and respond promptly to the customer’s requests/tickets.
  • 03Perform any other job
  • 04Implement and install solutions at customer's infrastructure platforms.
  • 05reported issues on the different implementation layers.
  • 06Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation.
  • 07Conduct Preventive / Corrective Maintenance visits.
  • 08related duties related to work.
  • 09Implement and install solutions on the customer's test and production environments.
  • 10reported issues on the different levels of solutions (i.e. Database, Application, Network, Communication, and Integration Interfaces Levels).
  • 11Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
  • 12related duties incidental to the work.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Knowledge in Directory Services (AD & LDAP).
  • — Knowledge in Object Storage management.
  • — Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering/Science, Computer application, or any related field.
  • — At least 2 years experience in a similar field.
  • — Willing to travel and work extra hours when needed.
  • — Experience in database engines (Oracle, MS
  • — SQL, and PostgreSQL).
  • — Experience in operating systems (Linux and MS Windows).
