Systems Administrator I

Install, configure, and maintain an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. In the GCC market, this role is actively hired across kuwait, qatar, saudi with 6 recent postings.

المهام الرئيسية
  • 01Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as necessary.
  • 02Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft servers on NIPR, SIPR, and SIPR
  • 03Management of Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • 04Utilize vSphere clients to conduct snapshots and monitor system availability.
  • 05Perform regular maintenance, installing IAVA approved patches to enforce server security and maintain system availability.
  • 06Maintains system hardening by following DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • 07Utilize AESMP ticketing system to document troubleshooting steps prior to completing and or escalating to the next level of support.
  • 08Performs other duties and assignments as required
  • 09Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
  • 10Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • 11Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
  • 12Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.

  • — Education / Certifications:
  • — year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • — Associates Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
