  • 01Plan, design, and conduct user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
  • 02Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics
  • 03during evaluations and testing to identify UX issues and areas for improvement.
  • 04Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • 05Lead the development of user personas, process maps, and experience frameworks.
  • 06Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and influence design strategy with evidence
  • 07Present clear, concise, and compelling research findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • 08Mentor junior researchers and support UX research knowledge sharing across the organization.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 4+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within digital product teams or agencies.
  • — Proven track record of applying
  • — Nielsen's usability heuristics
  • — world testing and evaluations.
  • — Deep understanding of UX best practices and human
  • — centered design principles.
  • — Strong experience with research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • — Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, or similar.
