The Role Day-to-day lead and across key accounts. Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders working closely to ensure teams are briefed and projects / campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Management and overseeing of our creative team with production suppliers for real assets (gifting, social media photography stands, LED screens etc). Regular trips to Saudi Arabia (1-4 times per year), may be required to oversee Installation of physical events assets and liaise with partners/stakeholders. Stakeholder Interviews with key players to define scope and resources available/required for certain undefined, abstract workstreams. Oversee and assist the measurement team in surveying members of the public. The Proof Account Management experience across blue chip / global client/start-up (fast paced) An understanding of project processes across from briefing through delivery. Events or Producer experience very advantageous. Experience liaising with creative teams, on the ground production partners, producing real assets. Example of similar, physical Items (gifting) to social media photography stands. Popup event experience setup (beneficial but not essential). Experience working with and keeping external partners, on track and progressing at a fast pace. Bonus: Experience working with external training providers specifically and understanding the process of training people. Bonus: Experience In the service excellence/hospitality Industry (Understanding of the training, developing of people process). Experience of working Saudi Arabia, extremely beneficial, but not essential. Middle East, GCC, experience helpful. The Person Proactive person, who Is energetic and self-starting. A generalist by nature, who can turn hand to multiple areas (as required) with quick learning curve. Used to dealing with abstraction, and fast paced projects with tight timelines. Ability to think on feet, to come up with solutions to issues. Thoughtful communicator (listen's deeply first and asks questions, before jumping to conclusions) Positive and empowered mindset and energy. Bias towards focusing on what you can do, not what may be holding you back. A people person who Is generally likeable by stakeholders, clients and team. Team Player (used to working in teams and aligning), sense of humour helps. Confident and clear communicator with quick follow up. Willing to go the extra mile and roll up sleeves to make a project success (if required). A sponge for new Information (proactive in learning context for project and also self-development)
