Job Details Country: UAE City: Dubai Industry: Hospitality Function: Hotel Management Salary: 7000-9000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Supervise front office teams to ensure prompt, courteous, and personalized guest service * Support the Front Office Manager in daily operational and administrative responsibilities * Ensure appropriate recognition and special attention for repeat guests and VIPs * Control room availability, room types, rate categories, and accuracy of room inventory * Maximize occupancy, revenue, and average daily rate while maintaining brand standards * Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and quality compliance * Liaise with the Executive Housekeeper to deliver special guest requests and amenities * Ensure compliance with credit policies and coordinate with Finance on credit procedures * Maintain working knowledge of system recovery processes and front office reporting tools * Interpret operational reports and compile statistics to track front office performance * Approve upgrades and special amenities in the absence of the Front Office Manager * Build strong inter-departmental relationships to support seamless guest experiences * Conduct regular inspections of lobby, reception, cashier desks, and selected VIP rooms * Prepare staff schedules and vacation plans based on occupancy forecasts and group movements * Enforce staff conduct, appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards * Collaborate with People and Culture to support productivity and team development * Support departmental budgeting and cost control initiatives with Finance * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and hotel policies Ideal Profile * Strong knowledge of front office operations within a luxury hotel environment * Experience with Opera Property Management System is preferred * Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to manage and motivate multicultural teams * Flexible management approach with a proactive, service-driven mindset * High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement Why Join Us * Opportunity to work at an iconic floating hotel and lifestyle destination * Leadership role within a globally recognized hospitality group * Dynamic environment focused on service excellence and guest recognition * Career growth opportunities within Accor's international portfolio About the Company Queen Elizabeth 2 is an iconic ocean liner transformed into a distinctive floating hotel and lifestyle destination in Dubai, operating under the Accor network.
