Job Requirements: Must possess a terminal PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an internationally recognized, AACSB-accredited institution, backed by a verified UAE MOHESR Equivalency Certificate. Demonstrated history of high-impact academic research, requiring a minimum of 3 recent publications in Scopus Q1 or ABDC-ranked journals to directly support the university's federal research initiatives. Proven track record of delivering high-quality undergraduate instruction, specifically demonstrating cultural competency and experience teaching bilingual or non-native English speaking student demographics within the GCC. Responsibilities: Deliver rigorous, CAA-compliant undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in advanced business topics, actively utilizing the campus Learning Management System (Blackboard) for syllabus distribution and grading. Drive the department's research output by continuously publishing in high-impact international journals, pursuing federal research grants, and actively presenting findings at regional academic conferences. Serve on internal college committees, provide mandatory academic advising to Emirati undergraduate students, and strictly enforce university academic integrity policies.
