Role Overview:The Associate Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting activities and support senior finance leadership in ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. This role acts as a key link between the accounting team and management, contributing to operational efficiency and financial discipline. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, reports, and month-end close processes. Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. Candidate Profile / Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and IFRS. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a structured, reporting-driven environment.
