Role overview

The Landmark Group began its journey in 1973 with one store in Bahrain and has grown into one of the largest retail and hospitality conglomerates in the Middle East, Africa and India. Currently the Group operates over 2,200 outlets, encompassing over 30 million square feet across 21 countries. We are currently seeking a Rewards Lead, the role will be responsible for leading compensation strategy and driving competitive rewards practices that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent. Role Responsibilities Lead and drive communication strategy on Rewards programs including benefits. Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs. Partner with HR Leaders across Business Units and geographies on rewards strategy, annual cycles, incentives, and pay revisions. Own the design, development, and governance of compensation programs including Annual Incentive Plans, Short-Term & Long-Term bonus plans. Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on total rewards practices. Lead Remuneration Committee preparation, insights, and execution of decisions. Oversee fitment decisions for senior hires and internal movements. Drive participation in market surveys and lead benchmarking strategy and insights. Own HR analytics for rewards and deliver strategic insights to leadership. Lead automation and transformation initiatives in Rewards in collaboration with Technology and HR Shared Services. Drive process excellence, simplification, and scalability across rewards processes. Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely data delivery to stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Postgraduate degree/MBA in Human Resources from a top business school. 10–15 years of experience in compensation & rewards. Strong experience in leading compensation strategy and transformation initiatives. Advanced knowledge of HR processes including Compensation, PMS, Talent Management. Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence. Strong Project Management and execution capability. Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change. Strategic thinker with execution focus.
