Join a growing, market-focused employment team in Dubai advising multinational businesses, government entities and senior executives on high-value, cross-border people issues. The practice handles advisory work, complex disputes, global mobility, workplace investigations and strategic workforce projects. This role offers direct client responsibility from day one, a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, and the chance to help shape and grow the regional practice while contributing to business development and thought leadership. 2–7 years' PQE in employment law at a UK or international law firm Experience across advisory and contentious employment matters, including senior exits, investigations, restrictive covenant enforcement, restructurings and global mobility Excellent drafting, analytical and project-management skills; ability to produce high‑quality first drafts Strong client skills, commercial awareness, resilience and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
