Scentscircle is Leading Scent Diffuser and Fragrance oil Brand in UAE. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who knows how to sell into hotels, malls, commercial spaces, and hospitality supply chains in the UAE. We are looking for someone who already understands: How hotel procurement works How to deal with facility managers, procurement heads, and GM offices How long B2B sales cycles really take in UAE How to close, not just “follow up” Key Responsibilities: Generate and close B2B leads in hotels, malls, offices, restaurants, and commercial spaces Build relationships with hotel groups, facility managers, procurement teams, and consultants Present scenting solutions and close long-term contracts Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demos Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (no excuses) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) License/Certification: UAE License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
