Key Responsibilities Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions accurately Process patient billing and generate invoices Support hospital billing and payment collection procedures Maintain accurate daily transaction records Reconcile cash register at the end of shifts Coordinate with accounting and finance departments Assist patients with payment-related inquiries Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient information Requirements High school diploma or diploma in Accounting/Finance preferred Strong knowledge of billing systems and POS systems Basic accounting and numerical skills Good communication and customer service skills Experience in UAE healthcare sector preferred Immediate joiners preferred
